Senior Precast Design Lead — Coordination & QA

Job description

• Lead and coordinate the preparation review and approval of precast shop drawings, production drawings and erection drawings.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with project specifications, codes and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve design discrepancies.
• Monitor and control design deliverables to ensure timely submission and approval.
• Track design changes, variations and ensure proper documentation.
• Liaise with project managers, production and site teams for smooth project execution.
• Provide technical input during tendering, estimation and planning stages.
• Support production and erection teams with solutions for technical challenges.
• Ensure constructability and cost‑effectiveness of precast design solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards and company QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure accuracy before submission.
