Qualifications

• 6 to 15 years relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
• At least 5 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department budgeting and financial planning.
• Establish master programs for project timelines.
• Coordinate with department heads for program approvals.
• Negotiate vendor claims as per contract conditions.
