• Experience with EOT claim preparation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update project planning databases using Primavera P6.
• Develop detailed work schedules in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor project performance and resource allocation.
• Identify potential delays and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Produce programme data to support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
• Prepare regular progress reports and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure alignment.
• Conduct time studies and propose process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
