About the Role

As a Senior Pitch Manager you’ll be the engine behind LINKVIVA’s proposal process. You’ll manage how each pitch is built ensuring every idea asset and contributor comes together in time and in style.

You’ll report directly to the Experience Director working closely with creative design and production teams to ensure proposals are cohesive strategic and beautifully presented.

This role blends creative coordination operational precision commercial mindset and storytelling instinct perfect for someone who thrives in motion finds joy in structure and understands how to make ideas shine.

What You’ll Do

Pitch Management & Coordination

• Lead and manage the end-to-end pitch workflow from brief receipt to submission.
• Manage timelines deliverables and reviews with precision and calm under pressure.
• Ensure each proposal is visually aligned narrative-led and client-ready.

Content & Presentation Development

• Support the Experience Director in shaping decks storylines and submission formats.
• Oversee the layout and build of proposal decks and assets.
• Edit and quality-check all materials to ensure consistency of tone language and design.

Process & Quality Assurance

• Continuously improve quality and efficiency.
• Apply smart workflows and AI-based tools to support research writing and design.
• Track progress maintain version control and ensure final submissions meet LINKVIVA’s creative and operational standards.

Collaboration & Communication

• Act as the main point of coordination between teams and project managers during pitch cycles.
• Maintain transparency and accountability across all stakeholders throughout the process.

About You

• 57 years experience in event creative or agency environments ideally in production project or pitch coordination roles.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Strong sense of design flow and copy writing you know how a deck should feel.
• Confident communicator who keeps people informed and aligned.
• Calm under pressure precise with detail and proactive in problem-solving.
• Skilled in Keynote.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written); Arabic an advantage.
