Job description

We’re looking for a people-focused HR leader who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. In this role you’ll partner with senior leaders, guide a talented HR Business team, and shape initiatives that help our people thrive across offices and project sites in the region.

In this role you will:
  • Drive and deliver people strategies that align with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and leaders across the Middle East.
  • Lead and develop an HR Business team.
  • Collaborate with internal partners on HR operations, culture, engagement and talent acquisition.
  • Champion wellbeing, learning and development initiatives.
  • Support nationalization programs and ensure high welfare standards across sites.
  • Use HR insights to improve retention, engagement and performance.
What you’ll bring:
  • Proven HR leadership experience in a multi‑site multicultural environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of Middle East labor laws, nationalization requirements and international high welfare standards.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and/or French is an asset.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on organizational development, culture or people partnering.
  • Prior experience in the construction or engineering sector is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and relationship‑building skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset and comfort working with people‑related metrics.
  • Solid knowledge of local labor laws and best HR practices in the Middle East is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to sites across the region on a regular basis.
