About the roleWe are looking for a Senior People Business Partner - Commercial to join our Dubai-based Talent & Culture team. In this individual contributor role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to multiple business leaders across our platform, supporting them with organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and talent development. You will partner closely with centers of excellence (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D) to deliver people solutions that enable both business and colleague success.
