Job description

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and policy‑compliant processing of activities across assigned banking and non‑banking workflows. The incumbent will maintain verified and updated business reports for senior management, ensure timely submission of applications within defined workflows, and validate all documents in alignment with product policies and checklists. The role requires performing maker‑level validations across both manual and digital processes while adhering strictly to unit SOPs, governance requirements, and data‑protection standards.
This position plays a key part in enabling seamless operational delivery through proactive follow‑ups with relevant units, effective stakeholder interaction, and diligent management of daily, weekly, and monthly work trackers. The incumbent may also be assigned additional responsibilities by the manager in alignment with business needs, ensuring continuous support to overall unit objectives
