Job summary

A leading construction firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of MEP works on construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in MEP project management within the UAE construction industry. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing design drawings, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management in the UAE/GCC construction industry.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately.
• Proven experience managing MEP works for high-rise buildings or commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of MEP works on construction projects.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Review MEP design drawings and material submittals.
• Plan and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Supervise site execution to ensure adherence to specifications.
