Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced candidate to manage MEP projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing technical design reviews, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 10–15 years of experience with MEP contracting companies, including at least 8 years in the Gulf region. This position requires proven expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, project planning, and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with MEP contracting companies in the UAE/Gulf region.
• Proven experience in handling complex MEP projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret technical specifications, IFC drawings, and project documents.
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, and Contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare material requests and ensure materials are available on site.
• Ensure all site activities comply with approved QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and report work progress.
