Redpath is working with a large, well-capitalised real estate owner and operator with a diversified retail portfolio, active across asset management, development and long-term value creation in complex, multi-asset environments.

The Senior Manager is responsible for the end-to-end asset management of a large retail portfolio, with full accountability for financial performance, value creation and execution of asset-level business plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full P&L performance across assigned retail assets
• Deliver NOI growth, occupancy improvement, rent collection and asset value enhancement
• Execute approved business plans and monitor performance against financial and operational targets
• Coordinate transversally with leasing, property management, finance, legal and development teams
• Lead asset performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities and corrective actions
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including asset optimisation, repositioning and selective expansion
• Support investment, development and transformation initiatives through financial analysis and business case development
• Oversee customer experience and performance KPIs, including satisfaction metrics

Reporting & Team Structure

• Reports to a senior asset management leader
• Manages a small team of direct reports

Candidate Profile

• Strong background in retail asset management (malls and/or community retail)

• Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability
• Experience working across multiple functions in a complex organisation
• Able to operate in both strategic and hands‑on capacities

Experience & Qualifications
