Job Overview:

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Senior Manager - Business Development - Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

Core

• Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring tasks and projects move from initiation to execution with timely follow-up
• Demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking – ‘from issue to outcome’ – ability to analyse a situation, identify issue and suggest action plan / way forward
• Prepare data analysis, decision documents, to support CEO-level decision-making
• Produce high‑quality presentations and communications that clearly convey context, insights, and recommended actions

Supporting

• Review business submissions and manage information flow, ensuring analytical input and quality control
• Liaise with stakeholders to maintain alignment, pace, and progress on CEO Office priorities
• Apply strategic and analytical thinking to identify issues and propose actionable solutions

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• 7-9 years of relevant experience working in an investment team of a large corporate or the Strategy
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant subject areas such as business management, Accounting, Finance etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and being able to cope well under pressure - ensuring the delivery of high quality output
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Take ownership of managing tasks and deliverables and be dedicated to meeting tight deadlines and working long hours, where required
• Ability to succinctly present key findings to senior stakeholders
