General Overview: We are supporting a client in the search for a Senior Manager – Broking professional to play a key leadership role within their reinsurance broking function. Working closely with the Chief Broking Officer, this position will drive regional growth, strengthen market relationships, and enhance placement strategies across assigned territories.

This is a high-impact, strategic leadership role suited for an experienced reinsurance professional with strong commercial acumen, deep technical expertise, and proven people-management capabilities in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to and execute regional broking strategies aligned with business growth and financial objectives.
  • Drive new business development, portfolio expansion, and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with regional and global insurers and reinsurers.
  • Lead the design, negotiation, and placement of proportional and non-proportional facultative reinsurance programmes.
  • Support strategic reinsurer partnerships and effective capacity management.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, premium growth, and placement profitability.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to broking teams, fostering high performance and technical excellence.
