Role Description

A Senior Manager of Sales & Marketing for Erisha Smart Manufacturing Hub (RAKEZ) drives growth by setting strategies, acquiring/retaining key accounts (especially in manufacturing/FMCG), leading teams, building brand presence (smart manufacturing focus), managing P&L, and leveraging data for new opportunities, requiring strong leadership, negotiation, and deep market knowledge within the UAE/RAKEZ ecosystem. This is a full‑time on‑site position for a Senior Leasing Manager based in Ras Al Khaimah. The Senior Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, conduct market research to identify leasing opportunities, manage property portfolios, and ensure high tenant retention rates. Responsibilities include negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relations, and collaborating with the property management team to ensure operational excellence. The role also involves tracking market trends and providing recommendations to optimize leasing performance and occupancy rates.

The Senior Real Estate Manager will oversee property management activities, ensure effective lease administration, negotiate and manage leases, and monitor real estate transactions and projects. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with local regulations, identifying commercial real estate opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to maximize property asset value. The candidate will also develop strategic plans to enhance the portfolio and provide leadership on real‑estate‑related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales & marketing plans to meet revenue targets, focusing on smart manufacturing solutions for industrial clients.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, drive market penetration, and build strong relationships with key manufacturers, distributors, and strategic partners in RAKEZ.
  • Marketing & Branding: Champion Erisha's brand as a leader in smart manufacturing, managing campaigns, digital presence, and events to generate high‑quality leads.
  • Account & Relationship Management: Oversee a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, managing complex B2B relationships.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high‑performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and results.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and provide executive reports on sales performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Proven track record in B2B Sales/Marketing, ideally within manufacturing, industrial tech, or FMCG within the UAE/RAKEZ.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication (verbal/written), strategic planning, leadership, and data analysis.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of RAKEZ Free Zone dynamics, company setup, and industrial market drivers in the region.
  • Proficiency in Property Management and an understanding of managing property operations effectively.
  • Experience in Lease Administration and the ability to handle negotiation, drafting, and review of lease agreements.
  • Knowledge of Leases and real estate contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Expertise in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate, including market trends and financial analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with local regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a senior or managerial real estate role.
