About the Role

This senior leadership position is central to expanding the commercial division. The successful candidate will:

• Lead the commercial project pipeline, from strategic planning through to delivery
• Build and manage client relationships, serving as the primary commercial representative
• Develop market opportunities and drive business development aligned with growth objectives
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams across design and build to ensure exceptional quality and execution
• Shape commercial strategy, budgets, and long‑term growth initiatives in partnership with senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Senior‑level experience in commercial landscape projects—design‑and‑build, construction, or related sectors
• Strong client‑facing ability: pitching, presenting, nurturing relationships, and negotiating contracts
• Proven capability in managing teams and coordinating large‑scale, multi‑phase commercial projects
• Strategic mindset with a track record of growing or developing business units
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Dubai or GCC experience is advantageous but not essential
