Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investor relations, stock markets, market analysis, investment, or brokerage.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment guidelines, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors in the UAE.
• Participate in preparation of internal reports and support investor relations activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock liquidity and market visibility.
• Organize and oversee investor meetings and roadshows focused on domestic investors.
• Conduct desktop research to target suitable investors and analyze domestic market prospects.
• Assist in drafting press releases and external communications.
