Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in employee health and benefits, preferably within insurance broking or consulting.
  • Proven track record managing complex multinational client portfolios with significant premium volumes.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC / MENA employee benefits markets and regulatory environments.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value employee benefits accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with insurers to negotiate competitive terms.
  • Develop and implement wellness programs to improve employee health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver compliant multinational benefits solutions.
  • Prepare and present claims and utilization reports for clients.
