Qualifications

• Must have extensive field services experience in the Automation industry.
• Proficient in industrial communication protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus, Profibus.
• Experience working with ICSS and/or PMS/SCMS automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute service work of medium to high complexity per ABB guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service and improve system performance.
• Plan and prepare site work for larger project teams.

Skills

Field services experience in Automation industry

Expertise in ABB 800xA with AC800M/ Symphony Plus systems

Communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, Profibus, OPC)

Customer collaboration skills
