A leading technology services company based in Dubai is seeking a Sr. Executive for Training to enhance the skill set of its workforce through effective training interventions. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and be skilled in managing training operations, content design, and delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders for training needs analysis, developing training content, and conducting training sessions both in-person and virtually across the region. Strong communication skills and a passion for learning are essential.
Sr. Executive – Training
To empower the Redington workforce with latest and best-in‑class learning and creating a culture of continuous learning through training interventions, e‑learning and OD interventions to ensure optimum individual performance aligning with the organizational goals.
1. Training Operations:
a. Training Needs identification and analysis (TNI / A) in collaboration with HRBP / CP & SBU’s.
b. Own the monthly training calendar based on TNI / A, competency gaps, special training needs, mandatory trainings as per company requirement with help of ITC. E.g.: SAP, Sales Process training, etc.
c. End‑to‑end training program management including propagation, nominations, attendance & feedback.
d. Maintaining the detailed MIS of the Learning and Development initiatives, vendor registrations and payment processing, venue identification, setting up training venues & logistics, etc.
e. Complete management of Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking key training metrics.
f. Complete management of the E‑learning platform, leveraging for blended learning and complete adoption of E‑learning in remote locations, support in E‑learning content creation, bit‑sized learning, etc.
g. Planning and executing periodic corporate induction involving top & senior management.
h. Seamless support internal and external audit for L&D data and compliance.
2. Content Design:
a. Continuous learner and keeping track of new trends in talent development.
b. Creating appropriate content for classroom training, e‑learning modules, etc. by collaborating with respective stakeholders, getting it validated by them.
c. Participating in OD interventions including assessment centres, customized learning interventions.
3. Training Delivery:
a. Delivering trainings in person and through virtual classroom to Redingtonians across MEA and India.
b. May include occasional travel.
