Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer with strong exposure to PCS / Switchgear manufacturing to lead quality assurance and control activities across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities for PCS & Switchgear panels across fabrication, assembly, testing, and FAT stages
• Prepare and implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection & testing procedures
• Lead and close NCRs, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA
• Conduct and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) with clients
• Drive reduction of recurring FAT comments by implementing lessons learned
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC standards, and quality systems
• Coordinate with Design, Production, and Projects teams to ensure quality execution
• Mentor and guide QA/QC technicians and junior engineers

Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in PCS / LV / MV Switchgear QA/QC
• Hands-on knowledge of FATs, inspections, audits, and quality documentation
• Manufacturing background is mandatory
