Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to oversee and manage electrical engineering activities for construction projects. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical engineering activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC regulations, standards, and client requirements.
• Review and approve electrical design drawings, calculations, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure timely execution of electrical works.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to HSE requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering issues related to electrical systems.
• Prepare project reports, method statements, and risk assessments for electrical works.
• Ensure timely procurement and installation of electrical equipment and materials.
• Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and resources for electrical scope.
• Support commissioning and testing of electrical systems, ensuring readiness for handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry, with proven track record in large-scale projects.
• ADNOC Approval (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, installation practices, and UAE / local authority regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
