We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless policy administration, timely renewals, and compliance with regulatory standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Administration: Manage end-to-end processing of general insurance policies, including quotations, issuance of policies, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Renewal Management: Track and follow up on renewals to ensure timely completion and maintain high client retention rates.
  • Compliance & Coverage Review: Review policy terms and conditions to ensure adequate coverage and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients to confirm renewal instructions, update changes in risk, and process renewals efficiently.
  • Sales and Marketing Support: Assist the sales team in promoting non-motor insurance products to clients. Provide technical knowledge to help with close renewals on non-motor insurance products. Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling other insurance products based on client needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on policy performance and client portfolios. Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
  • New Business Handling: Support acquisition and processing of new business policies as required.

This role requires both technical knowledge and interpersonal skills, ensuring clients receive appropriate non‑motor insurance products while managing the entire policy lifecycle.
