Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Claims Operations within Commercial Insurance or loss adjusting.
• Sound understanding of commercial insurance business and reinsurance fundamentals.
• Ability to integrate quickly with a small team and act as a role model.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert for team and business partners.
• Assess damages and negotiate settlement of claims.
• Manage a large portfolio of claims balancing service deliverables.
• Prepare reports and analyze data for management.

Fluency in English

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
