We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our construction management team you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of onsite construction activities for largescale projects.

  • Manage and supervise construction activities ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards
  • Coordinate with architects contractors and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project
  • Develop and implement sitespecific safety plans in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies
  • Review and approve construction drawings technical submittals and change orders
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
  • Prepare and present progress reports identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and environmental standards
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Minimum 810 years of experience in Marine construction engineering with a proven track record in managing largescale projects
