You will be a vital part of our culinary team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality dishes and catering services for private and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to Italian cuisine standards, ensuring consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and refine menus for both the restaurant and catered events.
  • Lead a section of the kitchen, managing junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee and participate in food preparation for live cooking and catering events.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene and food safety standards, adhering to HACCP and local health regulations.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
  • Adapt to guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction during dining and event experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or higher, specializing in Italian cuisine.
