A global digital payment company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive regional expansion and establish partnerships across EMEA. You will engage with high-level executives, manage complex deals, and influence the product roadmap, all while leveraging your expertise in the payments industry. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of B2B experience, strong sales skills, and a deep understanding of the digital economy. This position offers the chance to work on innovative financial solutions in a collaborative environment.

On the consumer side, we operate a portfolio of trusted storefronts including Codashop, Recharge.com, Startselect.com, mobiletopup.co.uk and other local sites that give customers secure and easy access to digital credit, game vouchers, gift cards and prepaid products.

Drive Coda's regional expansion by identifying and capturing new business partners while positioning Coda as the essential payments partner for companies scaling across borders. Your main objective will be to establish Coda as EMEA's undisputed payments leader. Build a flagship client portfolio, create referenceable success stories, and achieve regional revenue targets. Your new logos become long‑term partnerships, strengthening our network effect across products, regions, and use cases.
