Responsibilities
  • Assess client needs and financials to propose the best real estate solutions
  • Assist property inspections, viewings, negotiations and offers
  • Prepare all documentation, such as agreements, deeds and contracts
  • Ensure that all property transactions are completed smoothly and are incomplete compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Assess and advise the market value of the properties and coordinate sellers/landlord onboarding
  • Advise clients about market conditions and the best opportunities
  • Stay up to date with market knowledge, new developments, regulations and the best property offers
Requirements
  • Native in English, other languages are a plus
  • 3+ previous experience within real estate
  • Computer skills: MS Office, excel and use of CRM systems
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and well organized
  • Outstanding listener, natural problem solver and negotiator
