Job summary

A construction and engineering firm is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for a bridge maintenance project in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess over 6 years of experience in bridge maintenance within the UAE or GCC, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in site supervision. The role requires effective planning and resource allocation while ensuring safety standards and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of UAE or GCC experience in bridge maintenance or civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record as a Civil Foreman handling bridge works or structural repairs.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead site teams in carrying out bridge maintenance and repair works.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings and safety standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors for timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and project requirements.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively for daily operations.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safety procedures.
