We are currently partnering with a leading UAE‑based consumer company to recruit a Senior Brand Manager based in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing organisation where you will drive brand strategy, lead marketing initiatives and deliver impactful campaigns in a highly competitive consumer market.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Develop and execute brand plans to strengthen market positioning and drive growth.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage the full brand lifecycle from innovation to market execution.
  • Analyse market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including sales, trade marketing and digital to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee the development of ATL and BTL activities ensuring consistent brand messaging and impact.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure high ROI on all brand initiatives.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • At least 8 years experience in brand management within the consumer goods sector (FMCG or retail experience highly advantageous).
  • Proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns and brand growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC market is preferred.
