To deliver expertise within area of specialty, contributing actively to practice area targets and assessing risk where necessary. To coach and delegate as required and manage client expectations to ensure high levels of service delivery both internally and externally.

The individual should possess significant structuring experience and be well-versed in handling regulated funds. Our preference is for someone with expertise in regulated funds within the UAE, specifically with the ADGM, Capital Markets Authority, and DIFC. However, we are also open to candidates with experience in regulated funds from the US, EU, Ireland, or Luxembourg as a second option.
In addition to this, the ideal candidate should have a robust background in private equity and private credit. We are looking for someone who is driven and has the ambition to build and grow our funds practice from the ground up.
