You will work closely with business leaders and interact with internal employees and external customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: Manage diaries for Business Leaders, including meeting planning, invitations, and a rolling 12-month plan for activities and events.
  • Plan travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, visas, and meeting confirmations.
  • Support customer and VIP visits, including visas, hotels, transportation, and gate passes.
  • Arrange and support internal and external meetings, conferences, events, and trade shows.
  • Handle correspondence via letters, faxes, emails, and other channels.
  • Assist in producing reports, mailshots, and internal communications.
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
  • Support customer communications, seminars, trade shows, and events in collaboration with marketing.
  • Maintain holiday and sickness records, ensuring departmental coverage.
  • Organize office supplies, monitor stock levels, and manage procurement processes.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and plan complex travel.
  • Interact with internal and external customers professionally.
  • Process expense reports and invoices.
  • Manage supplies and indirect purchases.
  • Share information with administrative assistants.
  • Support compliance with HSE and other company pillars.
