Key Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including document filing, meeting coordination, and office supply procurement.
  • Maintain office facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist with government-related procedures, such as trade license renewals and Ministry of Labour submissions.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and local government or community partners, handling Arabic documentation and communication.
  • Support event planning and execution, ensuring alignment with local cultural norms.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher; a degree in Administration, Business, or related fields is preferred.
