Job Responsibilities
- Compliance rate with standards in licensed institutions and centers.
- Coverage rate of annual audits for licensed entities.
- Coverage rate of training on updated standards for licensed entities. Standard Development
- Supervising the general standards and licensing procedures for institutions, centers, and professionals working in the social sector.
- Integrating specialized standards issued by the ministry's various sectors into a unified licensing and operation guide.
- Developing procedural frameworks and standardized forms (checklists, data forms, licensing guides) in collaboration with relevant parties, and updating them based on audit results and regulatory changes.
- Quality Management and Performance Evaluation
- Designing and implementing a performance indicator and quality standards system for social services in coordination with relevant authorities.
- Supervising evaluation and audit visits for licensed institutions and centers based on approved standards, analyzing results and preparing detailed reports.
- Monitoring the implementation of continuous improvement plans and organizing capacity-building programs to support institutions in meeting quality requirements.
