As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of real estate agents, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents specializing in secondary property sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and high levels of productivity.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and client preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other key stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of property listings, ensuring high-quality marketing materials and accurate property information.
  • Provide guidance and support to agents in negotiating deals, closing transactions, and handling client inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support overall business objectives and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE real estate market, with a focus on secondary sales.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a real estate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and secondary property sales.
