Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized School Activity Coordinator to oversee the planning and execution of extracurricular activities events competitions and school programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with students teachers and external partners to ensure a vibrant and engaging school environment that supports holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan coordinate and manage co-curricular and extracurricular activities across all grade levels.

  • Develop and maintain an annual school activity calendar including national events sports days cultural celebrations and academic competitions.

  • Collaborate with teachers department heads and external vendors to organize school events and field trips.

  • Supervise the preparation setup and smooth execution of all school events and ensure logistics are in place.

  • Encourage and increase student participation in activities clubs and community service projects.

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with school policies health and safety standards and Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of student participation and event documentation (e.g. photos reports feedback).

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding upcoming events permissions and student involvement.

  • Support marketing and PR efforts by providing event content for school newsletters websites and social media platforms.

  • Handle budgeting and procurement related to student activities and seek sponsorships or partnerships as appropriate.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Education Event Management Public Relations or a related field.

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a similar role in a school or educational setting.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; graphic design or media editing skills are a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed during events.

  • Knowledge of UAE school regulations and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
