Position Title: SAP Program Manager - (2 year project)

Contract: 2 years project

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead and manage enterprise-wide SAP programs, driving successful delivery of transformation initiatives including ECC → S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, integrations, upgrades, and enhancements. This role will oversee multiple projects within the SAP landscape, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, budget adherence, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:
  • Lead planning, execution, and governance of SAP programs (migration, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements).
  • Drive the S/4HANA transformation roadmap including business case development, readiness assessment, and cutover strategies.
  • Monitor scope, budget, resources, risks, and timelines across all SAP workstreams.
  • Track benefits realization and report progress to the IT Portfolio Manager and Steering Committee.
Team Management:
  • Lead SAP program teams and oversee consultants, analysts, and project managers.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development for SAP-focused staff.
  • Allocate resources effectively and align workload with program needs.
Vendor & Relationship Management:
  • Manage relationships with SAP implementation partners and AMS providers.
  • Negotiate and monitor contracts, SLAs, and ensure vendor accountability.
  • Foster partnerships with SAP and technology providers to adopt best practices.
Analysis & Reporting:
  • Manage SAP program dashboards and periodic management reports.
  • Conduct program risk assessments and elevate major issues to leadership.
  • Maintain transparency with executive stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate).
  • Over 10 years of experience in SAP project management, strategy, and transformation initiatives.
  • Proven experience with ECC, S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP Cloud solutions, REFX, FICO, SD, MM, MDM/MDG.
  • Experience in large-scale ERP transformations and data migration (Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield).
  • Strong exposure to SAP integrations with Salesforce, banking systems, and external applications.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
