Role: Salesforce Developer+Administrator

Reporting To: CCO
Compensation: AED 10–12K (ideally with experience in real estate developers, major real estate brokerages, or IT firms if relevant)
Experience Required: 3–5 years of UAE experience
Responsibilities
- We are looking to hire a Salesforce CRM Administrator to manage, enhance, and further develop our CRM platform. The position requires both technical development / programming and system administration to align with business needs.
- Customize and build Salesforce CRM features to support sales workflows and automation
- Connect Salesforce with third-party tools such as DocuSign, Nintex, and similar systems
- Maintain and enhance workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces within the CRM
- Develop and manage custom code (JavaScript, Apex, etc.) where needed
- Administer CRM user accounts, roles, permissions, and security controls
- Ensure high levels of data quality, consistency, and integrity across the CRM
- Deliver training and day-to-day support for Salesforce users
- Monitor system health and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Create reports and dashboards to track sales activities and customer engagement
- Keep clear documentation of all changes, customizations, and processes
- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Recommend and implement improvements to enhance usability and efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and introduce new ideas to strengthen CRM usage and sales processes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM systems and development
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge and understanding of sales processes
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and languages (JavaScript, Apex)
- Experience with system integrations and workflow automation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to balance technical development with system administration and user support
