  • Apply customer discounts and special net pricing accurately and compliantly.
  • Follow up on back-orders and proactively update customers on delivery timelines.
  • Support field parts sales teams and service workshops with quotations and order processing.
  • Contribute to effective parts department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

The Parts Sales Representative is responsible for over-the-counter spare parts sales, supporting walk-in customers and internal stakeholders by identifying correct parts, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This role is critical in delivering excellent customer service, promoting genuine parts, and supporting smooth parts operations across multiple brands represented by the company.
