To drive sales and maximize bookings for the Gyrocopter experience by engaging with potential customers, delivering compelling product information, and building excitement around the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and sell the Skydive Gyrocopter experience to walk-in customers, tourists, and guests.
• Present and articulate the unique value and excitement of the Gyrocopter experience.
• Maintain a strong sales presence in high-traffic areas such as the lobby to generate leads and secure bookings.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing detailed information on pricing, availability, safety protocols, and booking procedures.
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the pre- and post-sales journey to enhance satisfaction and retention.
