Overview

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Promoter to support our Retail Division. The successful candidate will combine strong selling skills, solid technical knowledge of our product range and excellent communication to engage customers, drive in-store sales and ensure a high-quality retail experience. Responsibilities
  • Actively engage with customers on the shop floor to demonstrate products, explain technical features and benefits and convert interest into sales.

  • Maintain deep product knowledge to provide accurate technical answers and recommend appropriate solutions that meet customer needs.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities in-store including product displays, demonstrations, sampling and point-of-sale merchandising to maximise visibility and sales.

  • Achieve individual and store sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities upselling and cross-selling complementary items.

Required Skills
  • Proven selling skills with experience in a retail or field promotion role; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is desirable.

  • Technical knowledge of the product portfolio with the ability to explain features and benefits clearly to customers and translate technical detail into everyday value.

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills in English; able to build rapport quickly with a diverse customer base. Additional language skills are advantageous.
