Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in reporting.

Job description
Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and capable Sales Operations Analyst to support the growth in the Middle East. This role is pivotal in implementing contract management best practices, ensuring compliance, optimizing processes and enabling the business to meet its strategic and financial objectives.



Key Responsibilities


  • Oversee and track customer contracts including renewal cycles and expiration management.

  • Support the sales and finance teams by maintaining billing accuracy and licensing compliance through coordination with Customer Operations.

  • Manage administrative documentation including privacy statements, declarations, and maintaining profiles on e-procurement and vendor portals.

  • Coordinate with Legal and Finance to obtain internal approvals and signatures for customer contracts and legal documents.

  • Track and manage customer change notifications (CCNs) ensuring proper billing inputs and workflow updates.

  • Review or assist in drafting customer proposals.

  • Collaborate with Finance to forecast billing using PEGA CRM data.

  • Coordinate bid and performance bonds with the Bid Manager.

  • Assist in the preparation of administrative documents for tenders and contracts.

  • Support the full spectrum of pre- and post-contract activities ensuring alignment with best practices.



Required Skills and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business, Law, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial analysis, or contract management.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas).

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of sales data analysis to detect trends, variances, and improve forecasting accuracy.

  • Experience with CRM systems (PEGA preferred) and familiarity with sales pipeline and scorecard reporting.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting and documentation.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance and Operations teams.

  • Familiarity with public sector procurement frameworks and tendering processes.

  • Experience with vendor and third-party relationship management.

  • Bilingual Arabic/English is advantageous.
