Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination or website/CRM management preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily sales inquiries, quotations, and customer follow-ups.
• Update product specifications and pricing on the company website.
• Maintain product pricing, discounts, and customer-specific price lists.
• Ensure all leads and customer data are up to date in CRM.
• Work closely with marketing for campaigns and customer communications.
