Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team and CRM staff
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across the UAE real estate market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, agencies, and investors
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis
Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and sales events
Ensure full compliance with company policies, RERA guidelines, and UAE real estate laws
Represent the company at exhibitions and networking events as required
Requirements
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate development sector
Fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and writing)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
Deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market trends and regulations
Currently based in the UAE with a valid work visa
Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Salary : Negotiable based on the candidate’s portfolio and experience
