With strategically sourced materials from exclusive quarries, they deliver unparalleled aesthetic and technical solutions for iconic residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across international markets. Job Mission: Drive transformative B2B revenue growth and market dominance in the luxury stone sector across the MENA region. Spearhead strategic account development while leading a high-performance sales team to capture emerging opportunities in ultra-high-end residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute quarterly / annual sales plans targeting fabricators, architectural firms, and luxury developers.
  • Revenue Expansion: Achieve 120%+ of annual sales targets through new client acquisition and existing account penetration.
  • Relationship Architecture: Cultivate C-suite relationships with top-tier design studios, developers (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC), and fabricators.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy reviews, identifying trends in premium materials (e.g., Calacatta, Statuario, exotic stones).
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee end-to-end sales cycles from specification to contract closure, coordinating with design / project teams.
  • Team Development: Mentor 5+ sales executives on consultative selling techniques and product mastery.
