Sales Manager - Interior Design and Interior Fit Out

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the business growth in the interiors sector within the UAE and the wider GCC Region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and will play a crucial role in generating leads, managing client relationships, and securing major design projects.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Sales Opportunities
  • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business growth plans and sales targets.
  • Manage communication with clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are promptly attended to.
  • Establish market penetration in Interiors within UAE and the wider GCC Region.
  • Generate opportunities through contacts, networking, and associations.
Project Acquisition
  • Identify and secure major design & Fit-out projects.
  • Develop an intimate knowledge of key accounts.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to tenders.
  • Work closely with design and execution teams to ensure all client requirements are met.
  • Negotiate agreements in coordination with other departments and senior management.
Key Account Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic clients and partners.
  • Acts as a key account manager for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in interior design and fit out in commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Proven experience in networking within the Retail, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and Interior design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE Regions.
Skills
