Overview

The Corporate Fleet Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the achievement of sales targets across Corporate, Government, Shuttle, Leasing, and Rental segments, aligned with both central and local sales and profit objectives for the Middle East region.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze market potential and risks to optimize Wholesale and Retail operations, working closely with central departments, regional offices, and importers.
  • Maintain direct contact with key account customers to facilitate and unlock business opportunities with importers.
  • Prepare the annual Business Plan cycle with importers, including segmentation and analysis of macro and microeconomic factors for the region/markets.
  • Develop strategic volume plans for Corporate, Government, Shuttle, Leasing, and Rental segments based on annual and monthly production targets, aligned with Retail, Wholesale, and strategic objectives, in coordination with local offices, controlling, marketing, and product/price teams.
  • Steer operational sales and forecast achievement across segments, optimizing sales based on market trends and financial impacts.
  • Manage retail sales volume, importer inventory, and liaise with importer sales teams to ensure monthly forecast targets are met.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, budgets, retail and production calendars, and track target vs achievement at importer and regional levels, analyzing trends and identifying issues or opportunities.
  • Develop action plans at the market level in collaboration with importers.
  • Participate in regional office discussions and importer interactions related to corporate, government, shuttle, leasing, and rental business.
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognized university.
  • 6-8 years of experience in the automotive industry, in sales with a focus on corporate clients.
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to effectively engage and influence external partners across all levels of hierarchy.
  • Proven experience in the motor industry, ideally in vehicle sales and/or aftersales.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with assertiveness, perseverance, and the ability to motivate teams, drive change, and approach challenges pragmatically.
  • Solid commercial background with good knowledge of accounting and financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
