Job summary

A leading hospitality group in Dubai is seeking a Sales and Business Development professional to identify and maintain relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of sales experience in luxury hotels and possesses strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, collaborating with marketing teams, and preparing reports. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Job description
Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify develop and maintain relationships with key clients corporate accounts travel agencies and event organizers.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through networking prospecting and market research.
  • Conduct sales calls site inspections and presentations to promote the company.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across rooms F&B and events.
Revenue Generation & Strategy:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by optimizing sales opportunities in corporatesegments.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing and inventory management.
  • Analyze competitor trends market conditions and guest feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Participate in sales blitzes trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients ensuring longterm business partnerships.
  • Negotiate and close highvalue contracts while maintaining brand positioning.
  • Handle client inquiries efficiently and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between clients and operational teams for exceptional guest experiences.
Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Events and Revenue teams to develop targeted promotions and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance analysis.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions pipeline management and sales conversions.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 46 years of sales experience in luxury hotels or hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop business and achieve revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of corporate market segments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems Microsoft Office and sales management tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
