A leading regional business in UAE seeks a Sales Manager to lead sales operations in a showroom. You will ensure an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets. The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience and strong leadership skills. The successful candidate will manage a dynamic sales team and ensure compliance with company policies. As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales operations for your assigned showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and achievement of annual sales targets. You will drive the team to deliver results in alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and values while maintaining compliance with all policies, processes, and government regulations.
You will be part of a dynamic and high-performing sales team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success across UAE showrooms. The team includes Sales Executives, Sales Administrators, and Guest Relations Officers, all working collaboratively to achieve branch targets and uphold the organization’s commitment to excellence.
