A leading multinational company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to join their team in the UAE. This is a critical role for someone with a hunter sales profile and a strong network in the UAE s oil & gas and industrial markets. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and strengthen regional presence as part of a global team.

Sales Manager (Based in Dubai United Arab Emirates)

Your Role: As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing key accounts and driving revenue growth in the UAE. You will represent highquality technical solutions aimed at various industrial sectors one of them being Oil and Gas working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

New Customer Acquisition: Actively pursue and develop new business opportunities focusing on clients in the UAE particularly in the oil & gas sector.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong longterm relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.

Sales Strategy : Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to proposals negotiations and closing.

Market Insight: Keep track of industry trends customer developments and competitor activities to support strategy development.

Collaboration: Work in coordination with crossfunctional teams including technical and operations to support project and customer service.


Requirements

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales ideally within industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience with new business development and managing key accounts in the UAE market especially in oil & gas.
  • Strong industry network and ability to quickly establish rapport with decisionmakers.
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of an international team.
