A logistics and freight forwarding company in Dubai is looking for a Sales Manager to lead commercial growth for their JAFZA business unit. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, and a strong understanding of JAFZA regulations and GCC cross-border logistics. Responsibility includes developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and building relationships with key customers. Excellent negotiation skills and a valid UAE driving license are required.
The Sales Manager will lead commercial growth for the JAFZA business unit, driving new customer acquisition, key account expansion, and revenue performance across Air, Sea, Road, Customs and Warehousing services. This role requires deep knowledge of JAFZA regulations, Free Zone processes, GCC cross?border operations, and the ability to mentor and manage a team of 8–10 sales executives. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales budgets, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with operations and pricing teams.
