We are seeking an experienced Sales & Logistics Coordinator to manage international logistics operations and coordinate end-to-end sales and shipment activities. The role involves handling logistics between the company’s production facilities in Africa and client destinations across Europe and other global markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales coordination, logistics management, and international shipping, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage shipping operations from the African production facility to clients across Europe and other global destinations.
• Oversee all documentation and logistics-related activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport partners to ensure smooth international shipping.
• Prepare, track, and update shipment schedules, invoices, and related documentation.
• Support the sales team in managing client orders, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of shipment data, delivery timelines, and logistics performance.
• Communicate with production teams to align shipping schedules with order requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock availability, and support logistics planning.
• Handle after-sales support related to delivery, shipment delays, or documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company logistics policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in shipping and logistics coordination, preferably involving international shipments.
